Apostle Alton R. Williams has served as Senior Pastor of World Overcomers Outreach Ministries Church in Memphis, Tennessee, for the last 24 years.  He has entered into a new dimension of ministry as one of the end-time Apostles that God is raising up around the world.  He is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Apostle Williams is committed to impacting the world by teaching God's Word with simplicity for personal life application.
